Conference registration does not include hotel accommodation or travel costs. These
are your responsibility. The symposium has negotiated discounted accommodation

Conference registration can be made by fax or mail (US only). Registration will not be
confirmed until payment is received. Check accepted, money orders and credit cards will
be accepted and must be made in US dollars.
